Job Description:

Vale Packaging is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We're looking for individuals who are team-oriented, detail-focused, and ready to contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Receive and organize incoming stock
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Load material onto production machines
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Forklift license
  • Previous warehouse required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
