What We're Looking For
Are you passionate about DevOps development and system administration? Join our Wireless Enterprise and Voice team and make an impact This role is based at 95 Topflight Drive, Mississauga, with flexibility for Brampton if needed.
What You'll Do
- Integrate platforms using APIs, RPC, message bus, and other interfaces to gather data for alarms and metric reporting
- Implement software for multiple platforms, primarily for but not limited to, designed CI flows.
- Predict and define useful metrics to optimize platform/software deployments and servers
- Establish and enforce standards for project deployment and CI flows, including
- Approvals, code security, code quality, monitoring, and alerting
- Document, implement, and roll out defined standards and processes
- Design and deploy monitoring dashboards for easy consumption
- Drive DevOps workflow standards across the team
What You Bring
- Experience in Javascript/Typescript, PHP, Python, Shell, Application integration via API / MQ.
- Gitlab / Git and related workflow knowledge.
- A strong technical foundation in software development and system integration
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions using Zabbix and Grafana
- Clear, concise communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for solving complex problems
