What You'll Do

The Production Operator / Brewer plays a key role in the production of Side Launch products at our Collingwood brewery. It requires hands-on work in various areas of production to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brew and transfer product by following recipes, instructions, and training to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate canning and kegging lines, and conduct quality checks as required.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of all brewing and packaging equipment.
• Complete required sanitation and cleaning schedules in brewing and packaging areas.
• Perform routine testing and analysis of in-process samples and finished products to meet quality control standards.
• Assist with material handling, organization, and inventory management in the warehouse.
• Follow all environmental and health & safety guidelines.
• Accurately record production and quality data as required.
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Passion for brewing and an interest in beer production.
• Previous experience in a brewery or packaging environment is an asset.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Biochemistry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What to Expect

• Must be of legal drinking age
