Frontline Systems, Inc. is a growing importer and wholesaler serving business-to-business distribution partners across Canada and the USA. We're looking for a creative professional to help elevate our brand and marketing materials.

The Role

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and create visually compelling designs that align with our brand and marketing goals. You'll work on diverse digital and print projects, collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams to produce engaging content that resonates with our clients and strengthens our brand presence.

What You'll Do

  • Design eye-catching visual content for digital platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns
  • Create print materials such as catalogues, flyers, sell sheets, and booklets—often following client brand guidelines
  • Manage and update the company's marketing activity calendar
  • Handle basic photography and videography for marketing purposes, including shooting, editing, and publishing
  • Produce motion graphics and animations for marketing videos and presentations
  • Develop logos, branding elements, and visual assets that reflect company identity
  • Implement designs on WordPress and other web platforms
  • Partner with sales teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency in style, typography, and design across all projects using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prepare presentations and visual assets for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Support additional marketing, administrative, and business initiatives as needed

What You Bring

Required:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong grasp of typography principles and visual design best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress development
  • Experience creating marketing assets optimized for various digital channels
  • Background in B2B marketing or wholesale/distribution industries
