Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Patio Furniture Division in a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will assist with the efficient organization, handling, and movement of patio products, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment to support our growing retail and service operations.

You will play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly, where careful attention to detail is essential to maintain precise inventory control and prevent losses. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both physical warehouse tasks and administrative responsibilities independently.

This position is based in our Brantford warehouse and is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • Operate forklift, reach truck and order picker
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space and help with warehouse setup tasks
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety regulations
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
  • Help customers load merchandise professionally into their vehicles
  • Receive all trucks, and confirm / match all packing slips & product
  • Ensure no product leaves the warehouse without proper documentation

Key Qualifications:

  • Forklift and reach truck experience; 1+ year
  • Warehouse experience; 1+ year
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A team-player attitude and flexibility to help wherever needed
  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend shifts will be required during peak season

Pay: From CA$20.00 per hour
