We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand development and marketing initiatives. This role is vital in shaping the company's brand identity, expanding market presence, and driving growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and multichannel strategies, with a keen eye for market analysis and public relations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead efforts to enhance brand awareness, optimize campaigns, and foster meaningful customer engagement through innovative approaches and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media platforms to increase engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth.
- Oversee product management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research using tools like Nielsen to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Lead multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing efforts.
- Coordinate public relations activities to enhance brand reputation and media presence.
- Utilize analysis skills to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
- Engage in strategic planning for new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage branding assets using Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling visual content.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing projects ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in product management, branding, and market research methodologies.
- Familiarity with Nielsen data analysis and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in public relations, strategic planning, and B2B marketing environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $47,584.79-$81,705.31 per year
