Summary

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team in Mississauga. There are 2 positions, Full Time Weekend Nights and Part Time weekend days. Please confirm in your application which role are you applying for. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our clients' properties and ensuring their peace of mind. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing reliable and effective security services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
  • Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
  • Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft risks.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring procedures.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid security license as required by provincial regulations.
