Senior Consultant - Special Risk
Join Aon's industry-leading Health and Benefits Consulting team as our next Senior Consultant, "Special Risk" (employer, student, and association coverages for AD&D, Business Travel Accident, Expatriate/In Patriate Medical and other high risk Human Capital Solutions).

What the day will look like
This job entails partnering closely with our established customer base to comprehend their needs and deliver personalized solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new client solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with existing and new customers to identify their requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional Aon teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Carry out in-depth analysis and evaluations to see opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to customers and partners.
Collaborate with Aon clients in Canada and globally, across Risk, Wealth, and Health solution lines.
Lead by example, cultivating an open idea-sharing environment, and inspiring others with your dedication to service, creativity, and critical thinking.

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Commerce or similar area of focus is helpful but not required
- Strong understanding of business processes and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Life Insurance and Accident & Sickness Insurance license will be required
- French / English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
