Job Description:

The Activity Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Activities with important focus and leadership in the continuous improvement of activity management processes.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to commercialization focused on Project Management and is able to lead, influence and support a wide range of cross-functional resources to achieve project deliverables with excellence. Activities may include product and packaging innovation, new packs & sizes, consumer franchise building (CFB), limited editions, price value (PVR), on-pack promotions, merchandising vehicles (pre-pack tools), supply led and value leadership.  

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing; or relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of business experience (either Brand management/Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function), including 1 year of Project Management experience or related work.

  • Experience in CPG with a commercialization background.

  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams.

  • Strategic in designing project plans and contingencies.

  • Continuous improvement focused individual who leads with agility.

  • Competent in Project Management systems, processes, and tools (i.e.MS Office suite, MS Project, internal ERP software etc).

  • Possesses knowledge of stage-gate processes and principles of Project Management.

  • Project Management Certifications an asset.

  • Leadership through project design and execution to bring great ideas to market

  • Engage in continuous improvement and process focused initiatives.

  • Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues.

Lead a range of project activities including:​

  • Planning and coordination of cross-functional team members in meetings.

  • Designing critical path and key milestones.

  • Creating and managing project reports and progress status updates.

  • Preparing meeting recaps, direct team on next steps and follow ups.

  • Monitor project status, scorecards, and process maps to help assess overall health of initiatives.

  • Maintain Project Management documentation to ensure compliance with our quality and audit protocols.
