The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a team responsible for one of our business critical products. In addition to driving adoption and retention through a high quality user experience for our customers, you'll assess a wide range of feedback and recommend problem spaces or focus areas for the team to work on that are impactful for both our customers and our business.
As a Senior Product Manager at Lendesk, you'll define and collaborate the strategy and roadmap for the product and communicate the product strategy to various stakeholders, from initial planning and prioritization through to execution. You approach product development with a holistic, end-to-end perspective. You are data-savvy, and can deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business results.
You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with teams across the organization and bring opportunities from a concept to a market ready solution to the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap to impact our key company initiatives
- Analyze data and research-driven insights to discover, assess and recommend opportunities
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives to ship products and features that are valuable and usable to customers, feasible for engineering and viable for the business.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations to drive go-to-market strategy
- Increase the effectiveness of the Product Management department by identifying and improving processes and coaching/mentoring other PMs
- Develop and maintain deep expertise of the Canadian mortgage industry, industry trends, and the competitive landscape as it pertains to the product
What you'll bring to the team:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, owning complex product areas and delivering measurable customer and business impact.
- A highly strategic product mindset—you apply analytical rigor, make sound tradeoffs, and consistently deliver results at scale.
- Deep customer understanding, with the ability to shape product vision and roadmaps that solve real problems and create durable value.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, independently defining problems, creating clarity, and translating complexity into executable plans.
- A strong product point of view, with the influence and judgment to align teams and partners around a shared direction.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality, end-to-end experiences.
- Experience working with AI tools to as part of your product practices. And proven experience contributing to the development of AI-powered features. Prompt development skills are considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, using clear written and verbal storytelling to drive alignment and better decision-making.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining ownership, accountability, and focus on outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, including evaluating opportunities, defining success metrics, and owning or contributing to go-to-market strategy.
- Experience working with AI tools and contributing to the development of AI-powered features for users and prompt development are considered a strong asset
Nice to have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus; an MBA is a bonus but not required.
- Experience with SaaS products, FinTech, or the mortgage industry is another bonus

Lendesk is committed to offering competitive salaries to all our team members. This role has a salary range of $95,000-$154,000. which accounts for the skills you'll bring to the team, the impact you'll have on the business, and the growth you'll experience in the role.
