Requirements – you must have:

· An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant field of study and a minimum of three years' experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.

· Flexibilityto work hours to accommodate clients' needs which may result in overtime.

· Reliable transportationto provide services in Huron Perth and Bruce Grey counties. Travel is required.

· Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in Huron and Perth Counties. Redeployment to the outside of Huron and Perth counties area as needed.

· Valid Driver's license.

· Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.

• A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check is required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must be able to provide proof of two doses COVID-19 vaccination or documentation for medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code as per Provincial Health Care regulations.

· Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.

• First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required, as applicable per program requirements.
