Why is this role important?
As a Senior Analyst, Business Analytics, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive business decisions across our digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, elevate self-serve capabilities, and solve real-world problems with data. This is a high-impact role for a technically strong analyst who enjoys storytelling with data, building scalable solutions, and mentoring more junior team members.
The Impact You'll Make
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and other tools.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and insights in eCommerce operations, fulfillment, and customer experience
- Support the migration from manual reports to scalable, cloud-based dashboards
- Refine KPIs and performance frameworks to improve measurement and decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needs
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from cloud platforms
- Develop repeatable Python solutions for data transformation, modeling, and automation
- Contribute to team growth by mentoring peers and supporting new analysts
- Translate ad-hoc business requests into clear, actionable insights.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL & Python
- Advanced proficiency in dashboarding / business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Looker)
- Experience working within modern cloud-based data platforms (GCP)
- Solid understanding of business KPIs and the ability to connect data insights to real-world business problems.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex analyses and clearly present insights.
- Passion for data, curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Willingness to collaborate, mentor junior team members, and support shared team goals
