Role Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Executive/Sales Lead. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ottawa, ON. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining client accounts, fostering meaningful interactions, and contributing to sales and business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
- Competence in Customer Service and client-focused problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
