Position Overview

As a Luxury Brand Product Specialist at Mercedes-Benz you bring warmth, expertise, and a deep passion for luxury vehicles to every interaction. This is a great opportunity for the individual who has a discerning eye for design, performance, and craftsmanship while helping customers in their own search for a fit that's right for them.

You will build relationships with customers, thoughtfully understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that reflect their lifestyle and aspirations. Through an exceptional client experience - from first inquiry through to test drive, negotiation, and delivery - you empower clients to begin their Mercedes-Benz journey with confidence and satisfaction.

As the Luxury Brand Product Specialist, you will:

  • Build meaningful client relationships by connecting with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, engaging in community events, welcoming drop-ins, and thoughtfully responding to inquiries.
  • Guide clients through the sales journey, from needs assessment and tailored recommendations to demonstrations, test drives, and seamless delivery.
  • Present curated sales campaigns and promotions that inspire and delight.
  • Overcome objections with empathy, negotiate with fairness, and close sales with confidence, ensuring clear communication of warranties, financing, and service options.
  • Accurately complete sales reports, CRM notes, and follow-up communications to support clients and align the team.
  • Continuously learn through seminars, publications, and training to fuel your passion and expertise.
  • Represent Mercedes-Benz Kitchener with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering "the best, or nothing" at every touchpoint.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field – ideally with a luxury brand.
  • A proven ability to build relationships and provide outstanding client service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • A professional, approachable, and positive presence—able to inspire confidence in every client interaction.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities effectively.
