Role Description

This is a full-time remote/onsite/hybrid role for a Partner, based in Calgary, AB. The Partner will be responsible for business development, project management, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will also collaborate on strategic planning, oversee the implementation of project plans, and facilitate networking opportunities. The Partner will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects within the Golden Goose Project framework, aligning with the company's goals of creating meaningful change.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Technology, and Relationship Management
  • Experience in Project Management, Operations Oversight or Program Implementation
  • Proficiency in Networking, Client Engagement, and Community Collaboration
  • Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to lead effectively
  • Prior experience in social impact initiatives or entrepreneurship is an asset
  • Passion for creating transformative change and driving innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree/College Diploma in Business, Management, Technology or a related field is preferred
