Our member is looking for a Construction Capture Specialist based in the Toronto, ON, region to join their team. This role is part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

We offer automatically mapped 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans, enabling clients to virtually walk through these sites, monitoring progress, finding & tracking issues, collaborating with project stakeholders, & more Leveraging their AI & computer vision expertise, our team is working toward a risk assessment platform that's safer & faster than any human inspection.

Job Overview

Capture Specialists are an integral part of the construction process, providing the raw videos used to make sure Real Estate investors are always up-to-date on the status of their projects. Capture Specialists walk job sites each week and use a 360º camera to capture hi-res videos of 100% of the job site.

TerreSky is looking for Capture Specialists to partner with as independent contractors. This position is teachable and growing every day You get the opportunity to be taught to work with a high tech 360-degree camera to capture images of active construction sites on a regular cadence. These images are then compiled using Artificial Intelligence to create a Google Street View style walk through of the site. This is then used directly by the owners and developers of these projects

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Complete all onboarding materials, certifications, and downloads of required software
  • Partner with your Field Operations Manager and Hardware Specialist to use/maintain the provided 360-degree camera and software to capture 100% of the interior and/or exterior of construction sites as requested by TerreSky
  • Initiate data transfer at the end of each day of data collection

Requirements

  • PPE for an active construction site (hard hat, vest, glasses, boots, etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: TerreSky offers Project Based work. This means you are assigned a project(s) in your market as they come available. Therefore, projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity. As far as what your market currently offers, you will be able to learn this during your interview.
