Role Description: SEO & AI Visibility Executive (Project-Based)
We're a young, scrappy, and fast-growing team on a mission to make Clearance Central impossible to ignore — on Google and in the new world of AI search.
We're looking for a results-driven hustler who can help us do one thing:
Rank high on Google and get AI chatbots talking about us — before Christmas.
This is a project-based contract (with renewal if you crush it). You'll own our SEO and AI visibility strategy from end to end — driving growth, visibility, and digital buzz across search and conversational platforms.
What You'll Do
• Craft and execute a high-impact SEO plan that boosts our Google ranking fast.
• Run keyword research, optimize content, and fix anything slowing our SEO down.
• Build backlinks that actually matter — not fluff.
• Make sure AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity know who we are and talk about us.
• Sync up our social media marketing with SEO goals to amplify reach.
• Track what works using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Deliver clear, measurable results — we move fast and celebrate outcomes.
What You Bring
• Hands-on experience with SEO strategy, link building, and content optimization.
• Knowledge of AI search behavior and how visibility works in new-gen chatbots.
• Comfort with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and creative mindset — you make data look exciting.
• You're a self-starter who thrives in startup chaos and gets stuff done.
• Bonus points if you've worked with e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS brands.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (nice to have, not mandatory).
