Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Oakville, ON. The intern will actively support both sales and marketing efforts, including generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies. "Responsibilities also encompass the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, management of social media platforms, and direct sales efforts through door-to-door engagement to optimize customer outreach and drive brand awareness.". The intern will work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the company's presence within the community.

Qualifications

  • Student, enrolled in a post-secondary institution or high school student
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and ensure a positive experience.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, drive conversions, and support overall sales objectives.
  • Experience or willingness to participate in Training and team support to strengthen sales and marketing capabilities.
  • Motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding or interest in landscaping or related services is a plus.
