Influencer Marketing Manager

The Objective: Driving Growth Through Creators

You will design and execute the influencer and creator marketing strategy across major platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch . Your primary goal is to build genuine relationships and deploy campaigns that bring our brands to life through influential voices, resulting in measurable audience growth and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creator strategy that supports core marketing and growth objectives across multiple product brands.
  • Identify key markets, optimal platforms, and content formats based on robust audience data.
  • Build always-on programs and targeted campaigns for product launches, events, and major promotions.

Relationship Management :

  • Cultivate and manage robust relationships with top-tier creators, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who authentically align with brand guidelines and target demographics.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and fees while rigorously adhering to legal and brand compliance standards.

Campaign Execution:

  • Own the end-to-end management of all influencer activity.
  • Clearly brief creators on campaign goals, key messaging, and mandatory regulatory disclosures.
  • Review and approve all content to ensure brand safety, platform alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate timelines with internal Social Media, CRM, and Design teams to maximize campaign impact.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Ensure all initiatives are data-driven and continually improving.
  • Track and measure campaign performance against agreed metrics (views, engagement, click-through, sign-ups, etc.).
  • Produce regular, actionable performance reports by platform, partner, and content type.
  • Test and iterate on messaging, formats, and partner mix to continuously enhance results.

Compliance & Brand Safety:

  • Act as the guardian of our brand across the creator space.
  • Ensure all partner activity strictly follows platform rules and advertising guidelines, including clear disclosure protocols.
  • Consult with Legal and Compliance teams for higher-risk campaigns or specialized partnerships.
  • Actively monitor live content and swiftly address any issues requiring immediate adjustment or removal.

Professional Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in influencer, creator, or digital partnership marketing, with a background ideally in gaming, entertainment, or iGaming .
  • Campaign Management: Direct experience managing full creator campaigns, including briefing, contracting, tracking performance, and managing payments.
  • Platform Mastery: Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and the structure of the modern creator ecosystem.
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable working with performance data, setting relevant KPIs, and using analytics tools to measure ROI.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholder needs simultaneously.
  • Culture Interest: Genuine interest in gaming, online communities, and a solid understanding of current gaming culture and trends.
  • Desirable Assets (Nice to Have)
  • Experience utilizing specialized influencer or creator partnership management tools/platforms.
  • Direct experience with performance-driven campaigns (e.g., focused on CPI, CPA, or ROAS).
  • Experience operating within regulated or sensitive industries where compliance and brand safety are paramount.
