Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON, for an Electrical Estimator. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, reviewing project specifications, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. The role involves evaluating bid proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and contributing to successful project execution by delivering precise and timely estimations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
  • Skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
  • Strong Communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the electrical or construction industry is an asset
  • Proficiency with industry-specific estimating software and tools
  • Post-secondary education or certification in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
