Release & Delivery

  • Lead Sports Environments tool releases - calendar, ship‑readiness criteria, and integration windows across FC, CF, Madden, NHL, and UFC.
  • Run Scrum for your pod, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Lead capacity planning: model demand vs. supply, surface trade‑offs, and recommend resourcing decisions.
  • Draft and manage SOWs for partners; track deliverables, acceptance, and timeline.
  • Executive comms: build updates and presentations on scope, timelines, risks, variances, and impact for senior leadership.
  • Find and address team and project risks, focusing on removing blockers for the team.

People Leadership & Development

  • Manage team members: set clear goals, run 1:1s, provide ongoing feedback, and support career growth, performance management, and succession planning; partner with Recruiting on hiring and onboarding.

You will bring...

  • 5+ years of project management delivering software tools or platforms or equivalent experience.
  • People management experience (coaching, performance management).
  • Release management experience serving multiple teams/products.
