Compensation & Perks:
  • Salary: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in Property or Facility Management.
  • Expertise in landscape maintenance, janitorial, and snow/ice control.
  • Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.
  • Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing: As the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you'll:
  • Oversee daily operations for our janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal teams.
  • Ensure all properties meet top-tier standards – clean, safe, and beautiful.
  • Coordinate with clients, manage contracts, and follow up on service excellence.
  • Build and grow relationships with vendors, sub-trades, and clients.
  • Visit sites regularly, monitor quality, and act swiftly on issues.
  • Build seasonal work schedules and keep the team on track.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and manage monthly invoicing.
  • Plan and manage snow/ice operations, from plowing to salting.
  • Ensure all sites are safe and fully serviced 24/7.
  • Document pile placements, weather logs, and pre-season client meetings.
