Join our dynamic team in Canada as a Quality Control Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in our Team, helping our great worldwide organization grow and reach our mutual goals. In this new opportunity you'll be responsible for performing This role is a key point of documentation collection, inventory and review for maintenance and training paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Documentation & Record Collection
Ensure work order documentation (ie: inspection sheets, service bulletins, task cards) are compiled, reviewed and entered into the digital library.
Organize, file, and archive QC documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support for Inspections & Audits
QC inspection of paperwork, job packets, and reference materials.
Help monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Authorization Compliance Support
Ensure the collection and filing of training and authorization documentation and expiry intervals/dates.
Data Entry & Tracking
Update quality metrics and generate basic performance reports as needed to support Operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 year experience in quality reporting/recording systems (aviation preferred).
• Experience with verification of technical records and/or Data Entry Quality Control
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality/safety standards compliance (e.g., EASA, FAA, ISO 9001, ICAO SMS framework)
• Aviation industry experience highly preferred
