Delivery Driver Responsibilities: 

  • Loading delivery vans and delivering packages following route GPS guidance by driving and stepping in and out of the delivery vehicle safely
  • Working about 3-5 days a week with a typical working day being 10 hours
  • Following strict safety standards on and off the road
  • Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner 

Delivery Driver Role Requirements: 

  • Must be at least 23 or older due to insurance policy requirement for commercial drivers
  • Must have a valid driver's license within the province of employment
  • Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
