Requirements and Responsibilities include:

  • Process vehicle sales
  • Process daily deposit
  • Assist with payroll
  • Assist with month end duties
  • Process Accounts payable
  • General accounting duties
  • General office administration
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Cover Reception desk when required
  • Train and assist receptionist
  • Strong time management skills
  • PBS experience preferred
  • Dealership experience preferred
