Shipper / Receiver – Night Shift

Position Overview:

Looking for a dynamic and flexible candidate to join our Operations Team who will have a variety of core activities including Order fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order picking (including regular, add-ons and rush/same day orders)

• Order completion through the WMS system

• Order preparation (palletizing, labelling, wrapping, document preparation)

• Order audit assistance

• Transportation scheduling (customer directed or per NEF guidelines)

• Load/unload transports

• Receiving (inventory verification, receipt processing in WMS and ERP, and put away to storage location)

• PO transfers of Inventory between part numbers (picking, re-labelling, updating WMS and ERP systems)

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management (cycle counting, physical inventory, consolidation)

• Secondary operations (kitting, packing, sorting, light assembly, optical sorting machine operation)

• Other duties as assigned

Key Skills / Core Competencies:

• Follow all Health & Safety Policies and Procedures

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently

• Exceptional computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP, WMS, web-based platforms)

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong work ethic

• Reliable attendance

• Positive attitude

• Effective and professional oral and written communication to internal and external customers

• Able to multitask

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Quick learner

Experience:

• Prior warehouse experience as an order picker/shipper/receiver

• Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Order picker certification
