YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

The Plant Maintenance Co-op Student will have an opportunity to work alongside the maintenance department and assist to support the Process Plant to ensure efficient and optimal plant performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the reliability department with the analysis of plant data, recordkeeping and reports;
• Assist the plant maintenance team with the houseping around the process plant;
• Assist with material receiving and staging;
• Promote a positive health, safety and environment culture and the Internal Responsibility System.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Our ideal candidate has:

• Student enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Technology, or related field;
• Experience working at a remote work site is an asset;
• Computer competencies in excel and other basic software with the ability to learn new systems;
• Proven commitment to health, safety and the environment;
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
• Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team;
• Attention to detail.
