The Role

We're hiring a Jr. Cost Estimator to manage in-house cost estimation and onsite sales for commercial and industrial projects. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented, relationship-focused professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Outside sales experience is an asset.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates using software tools like Planswift.
  • Build relationships with property owners, conduct onsite evaluations, and secure repaint projects.
  • Co-ordinate and support Senior Estimators with change orders, preparing presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain organized records.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of cost estimation experience; outside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with cost-estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Base $55,000–$60,000/year + bonus opportunities.

  • Monday to Friday schedule in Edmonton, Office.
