WIN (Warehouse Installation Network) is recognized as the premier lead generator for Lifestyle Home Products, the largest independent manufacturer of sunrooms, windows, doors, and the all-Canadian True North Bath Remodel. Our company's rapid growth and robust partnerships with some of North America's leading retailers have paved the way for us to expand our Non-Traditional Sales Team.

We are searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and entrepreneurial individuals who excel in engaging with customers at retail locations. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, we would love for you to join our team

Requirements
  • Possession of a Class G Driver's License and a reliable vehicle (required)
  • Availability to work weekends (required)
  • Willingness to commute to various retail locations
  • A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
  • Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets

Your Role
  • Travel to various retail locations to connect with new customers
  • Schedule consultations to present our outstanding range of products
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our team
Compensation and Schedule

Salary starts at $22.00 per hour, plus bonus pay.

  • Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long
  • Weekday operating hours: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM, until 6:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday
  • Workdays: Monday to Sunday
  • Morning and afternoon shifts available
  • Opportunities are available for part-time and weekend positions
