What you bring…

  • Food Handler Training Program (or commitment to obtain within a specified period, as required under the Fixing Long Term Care Homes Act and its Regulations)
  • Must be willing to accept verbal and/or written direction
  • Able to cope with the physical and emotional demands of the position
  • Must meet the required credentials of a "student"
  • Ability to work with vulnerable individuals
  • Good communication skills (able to read and write in the English language)
  • Punctual and reliable

The starting rate of pay is $18.98 per hour, and the terms and conditions of employment are as per the Collective Agreement.
