We operate in the B2B capital goods sector, where building strong relationships and delivering value to our customers is key.We are looking for a motivated, process and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our remote sales team. This role reports directly to the Corporate Sales Manager and plays a central role in qualifying leads, managing stock trailers, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through plant tours, trailer walkarounds, and responsive communication.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads, make proactive outbound sales calls, and generate opportunities with prospective and existing customersCustomer Engagement: Provide trailer walkarounds, host site tours, and manage all customer visits and walk-ins at our Leduc, AB manufacturing facilityStock Trailer Management: Manage our inventory or heavy haul trailersCRM Super User: Maintain accurate customer and account records, support data-driven decision making, and help improve sales processesDealer & Department Collaboration: Assist dealer management, support corporate sales initiatives, and collaborate with production, engineering, warranty, and other departments to ensure smooth customer experiencesMarketing Support: Assist with campaigns, promotions, and outbound engagement to drive inquiriesQualifications2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experienceExperience selling capital goods (e.g., heavy equipment, trailers, industrial products) is an assetDemonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIsStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value clearlyExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft/PC applicationsMotivated, collaborative, and customer-focusedComfortable working in a busy manufacturing environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($65,000–$70,000/year), plus standard benefitsCompany laptop and mobile phoneOpportunities for professional growth and sales trainingA collaborative sales, product support, and engineering environmentThe chance to help customers solve real-world hauling challenges in a global industrial marketApply now to join North America's premier supplier of heavy haul transportation equipment Aspen Custom Trailers is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company poised for significant ongoing growth.
