About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp, warm, detail-oriented professional who LOVES people and LOVES staying on top of communication. Someone who thrives on fast responses, building relationships, and keeping every lead feeling special.

This role is the first voice and the first smile that clients experience — whether they contact us through phone, email, ads, walk-ins, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or messenger. You'll handle inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule tours, follow up consistently, and help families and corporate clients plan their events at Galaxy Grand.

If you're organized, tech-savvy, naturally friendly, and have a flair for sales + admin + event coordination… we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all incoming inquiries (phone, email, social media, ads, walk-ins, messaging apps)
  • Follow up diligently — no lead left behind
  • Prepare custom proposals & menus
  • Schedule and confirm venue tours
  • Send contracts, invoices, and event details
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead progress
  • Connect with corporate clients for events & partnerships
  • Post in relevant groups and support basic marketing tasks
  • Build rapport with clients and guide them toward bookings
  • Assist with occasional in-person tours (asset, not mandatory)
  • Collaborate with the operations team, owners, and management

You Are:

  • Fluent in English + Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • A great communicator with a warm, professional tone
  • Fast at responding — you genuinely enjoy follow-ups
  • Confident in sales conversations
  • Able to think on your feet
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, email, chat tools, ChatGPT, Zoom)
  • Presentable and personable
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable preparing documents, proposals, and menus
  • Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure
  • Bonus if you have event industry experience
