Next Golf is a growing chain of indoor golf simulator facilities across Ontario. Open
24/7, 365 days a year, we deliver a modern, accessible golf experience for players of all levels. We are seeking a part-time Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Position Overview:
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and solving problems.
The successful candidate will handle upkeep of simulator bays, building repairs, and equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, minor fixes)
- Replace turf, screens, mounts, and assemble equipment as needed
- Perform light technical troubleshooting of simulators and related equipment
- Ensure simulator bays and common areas remain clean and functional
- Support set-up and equipment installation at new and existing facilities
- Report facility concerns and damage to the head office
Qualifications:
- Comfortable using tools and performing light to moderate repair work
- Physically able to lift, move, and install equipment
- Must hold a valid Ontario driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Golf knowledge is an asset but not required
