Indoor Golf Simulator

Dunny's Divots Indoor Golf Simulator is a locally owned, Indoor Golf Experience, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for golf, and is comfortable with golf simulator technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
• Explain the simulator system and ensure guests fully understand gameplay and features
• Assist customers during play and troubleshoot basic simulator issues
• Share knowledge of golf courses, game modes, and the rules of golf
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Support front desk and bar operations, including cashing out simulator sessions
• Maintaining the full facility

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of golf, golf courses, and the game of golf
• Comfortable working with indoor golf simulator technology
• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• Mature, dependable, and able to work independently
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
