We are currently hiring for year-round or seasonal Road Maintenance Positions involving Road Painting, Crack Sealing (summer months), and Snow Removal (winter months).

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Seasonal & Permanent, Full-time or Part-time
  • Shifts: Day and Night shifts; flexibility preferred
  • Location: Halifax, NS and surrounding areas
  • Employment: Long-term employment opportunity available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Road painting and pavement markings (using airless spray equipment)
  • Crack sealing and asphalt maintenance
  • Snow removal operations (winter)
  • General road maintenance duties
  • Following established safety procedures and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Requires dependable transportation as hours do not overlap with public transit.
  • Previous construction or related industry experience
  • Highway Safety Traffic Course certification
  • Traffic Control experience
  • Experience with airless spray equipment
  • Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake endorsement
