About the Role:

We are seeking an Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. You will play a critical role in portfolio management, budgeting and forecasting, reporting to stakeholders, and driving operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of existing portfolio companies, including tracking financial and operational performance
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing company performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
  • Understand the businesses within our portfolio and identify key performance indicators that need to be monitored
  • Track performance compared to budget expectations. Analyze and explain expense variances and financial trends to management
  • Assist in strategic projects with portfolio company leadership (e.g., M&A evaluations, financing, fund raising, operational improvements, capital allocation decisions)
  • Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • CPA or CFA designation required
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting and/or financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
