Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Revit, supporting engineering projects across various sectors. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of precise construction documentation. The position is paid and suitable for professionals with a passion for CAD drafting and building information modeling.

Duties

  • Develop accurate 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit software, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into detailed BIM models
  • Integrate models with other CAD tools such as AutoCAD,
  • Prepare schematics, construction documents, and technical schematics for review and approval
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation for seamless project execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Revit modeling in architectural or engineering environments
  • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematics, and construction documentation processes
  • Knowledge of 2D animation techniques for project presentations
  • Familiarity with construction workflows and building information modeling (BIM) processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Prior experience in civil or structural drafting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.03-$40.52 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
