Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu guidelines.
  • Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Handle food safely and responsibly, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed.
  • Assist with meal preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions related to food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
  • Experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
