Swift Current SK, Canada Penner Farm Services Full time

Penfor Construction offers "turn-key" General Contracting for the construction of agricultural and commercial facilities. Our team will design, estimate and oversee complete construction, ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget.

With our continued success and growth, we are currently looking for a full-time, year-round Site Supervisor to oversee our current and up-coming projects agricultural projects. This position will be based out of our Saskatoon/Swift Current offices.

The Duties:

  • Plan, prepare, and supervise construction sites for various trades
  • Hold project site meetings
  • Monitor and adhere to project schedules
  • Participate in the quoting process, verifying that the scope of work complies with the project requirements
  • Quality control
  • On-site safety

The Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of related experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Understanding of safety programs, building drawings and quality control
  • Problem-solving, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented and organized
  • Working knowledge of the MS Office software package
