POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- 1 yr of experience or more
HOURS:
- Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 10-7, Fri: 8-4
- Must be Flexible to work at at Yonge/Summer and Don Mills/Eglinton (Tues, Wed)
- Thurs (Don Mills/Eglinton)
COMPENSATION: $TBD per hour depending on experience and performance
HYGIENIST JOB DESCRIPTION
- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planing
- New patient assessment-comprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Taking impressions of teeth for study models
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients, updating medical history
- Important: Open to assisting Dentist, floating, doing steri
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
