Seeking a Childcare Provider with Montessori Experience*

We are a family committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for our child. We value creativity, independence, and a love for learning, which is why we are seeking a dedicated childcare provider who is experienced in Montessori-based teaching methods

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attentive care and support for our 18-month-old child.

  • Implement Montessori principles to encourage independence and self-directed learning through play and exploration.

  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring the child's well-being at all times.

  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on the child's progress and activities.

  • Collaborate with the parent present in the home to ensure a cohesive approach to care and education.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in childcare, specifically with toddlers.

  • Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods and philosophy.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

  • A nurturing and patient demeanor, with a passion for child development.

Duties include playing, teaching, and light tidying. You will not be required To change diapers
