Automotive Product Specialist

Trento Kia is currently recruiting a Automotive Product Specialist to join our growing team in a brand new state-of-the-art facility. We offer a salary plus commission, and a comprehensive benefit plan, in addition to support for ongoing training and certifications. Qualifications
· Ability and willingness to work with a team.
· Communication and customer service skills.
· Organizational, conversational, and relational skills.
· Strong desire to learn, follow company processes and constantly improve.
· Attention to detail and a willingness to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
· Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
· Comfortable being on camera for video media.
· Valid Ontario G driver's license.
· Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.
· Knowledge of PBS operation is an asset but not required.
· Knowledge of Kia products and completion of Kia University Sales training is an asset but not required.
· Prior experience within the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all Kia products and offers.
· Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all staff at the dealership.
· Accurately log activities on our internal lead management system.
· Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.
· Assist customers with a thorough needs analysis to ensure that a suitable product recommendation is being made.
· Coordinate Demo Drives for customers who are interested in a vehicle.
· Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries with the management team.
· Provide new customers with an introduction to the Body Shop and Service Departments.
· Contribute to the generation of marketing material through various marketing initiatives and video production.
· Negotiate deals with customers with assistance from the management team.
· Follow company policies and processes so that all customers are provided with a high-quality purchasing experience.
· Participate in departmental and dealership meetings, offering feedback, ideas, and suggestions.
· Perform other duties as required by management.
