The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading our manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement within our plant. The incumbent will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and possess a deep understanding of plant management and production processes, with 3–5 years of experience leading lean transformations and proven expertise in implementing Lean Tools and Principles.
What You'll Do
- Plant Operations Leadership: Oversee all aspects of production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and compliance with safety standards. Lead people using Lean behaviors to rapidly solve problems and design value streams and cells that meet customer demand, with a proven track record in value stream, capital, and plant consolidations or expansions.

Have experience with Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) or proven ability to manage Targets to Improve/KPI's with a clear breakdown of the work and detail action plans with time phase impacts to performance.
- Performance: Drive ambitious, long‑term goals beyond incremental annual targets, applying a true north approach to performance.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage supervisors and staff by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and succession planning, and driving workforce retention through process-driven accountability focused on maximizing each individual's potential.
- Quality & Safety Management: Ensure products meet standards by conducting audits, addressing deficiencies, and leading corrective actions to achieve and sustain improvements in areas such as LEAP, safety (reducing IR from 5.0 to 1), PPM (from 2000 to 250), inventory turns, and turnover issues.
- Financial & Resource Management: Oversee plant budgets, control costs, optimize resources, and lead capital planning, using lean continuous improvement and value stream metrics to drive P&L performance and implement Lean roadmaps that deliver ROI.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing transformation by leading cross-functional initiatives and owning efforts to improve efficiency, capacity, and operational excellence.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain effective operational communication, lead meetings, and prepare regular reports on plant performance, quality, and cost metrics.
