Team Supervisor/Cleaner
Compensation: $2, $3,000.00 per month (where applicable)
Location:
POSITION SCOPE: Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Train and work with in-house cleaners Conduct regular quality assurance visits with customersPerforms other related tasks and activities as assignedPREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:Customer service desiredSales trainingTrainingCoachingCleaning experience requiredJOB QUALIFICATIONValid driver's license with clean driving recordValid Social Security CardPhysically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager dutiesBi-lingual (where applicable)Must be bondableCooperate with office staffPerform duties according to the company Brand systemAct in best interest of Company BrandDetail orientatedService orientedVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to Multi-TaskPHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to function in high-pressure situationExcellent interpersonal skillsClear, easy to understand oral communication abilityThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
