SURFACE Dermatology is looking for a hard-working, motivated, and experienced laser technician. This will be a role for someone who is eager, enthusiastic, and has great customer service skills.

We are currently seeking a certified Aesthetic Laser Technician to join our growing team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult and perform laser treatments based on diagnosis from dermatologist, while delivering exceptional patient care. These include both light-based treatment and true laser devices.
  • Develop lasting rapport with patients so they remain highly satisfied with their treatments and clinic experience.
  • Provide detailed and organized information to patients as to treatment specifics, aftercare instructions and recommended skincare regime.
  • Maintain confidential patient information, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, including sterilization, tidiness and availability of appropriate supplies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including equipment maintenance and administrative support.
  • Works well and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple demands.
  • Support team-members with individual patient visits and assisting in preliminary preparation such as consent forms and skin numbing.

SURFACE Dermatology has a full range of light-based and laser modalities. These treatments include but not limited to:

IPL, ND:YAG, M22 Laser, Laser Resurfacing, ECO2, Sclerotherapy, Micro needling and more.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with cosmetic lasers, preferably in a dermatology setting.

- Fluent in English.

- A solid understanding of medical grade products.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
