Position Summary

As
Branch Manager
, you will oversee the operations and development of the Ontario branch. Leading a small team including a Project Manager, Administrative staff, and Technicians, you will promote mobile water treatment solutions across key industries such as oil & gas, food & beverage, mining, and manufacturing. You will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint in Canada while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities and prospects.
  • Promote mobile water treatment units as flexible, efficient solutions.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts across strategic sectors.

Project & Operations Management

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful execution of services.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, develop, and grow a team of 6–10 employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Client Relations

  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and follow-up.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Collaborate with international teams (Canada, USA, France) to optimize operations.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insights on project and market performance.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Integrate and champion HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies, especially mobile/modular systems (DAF, Filtration, Biological, etc.).
  • Experience in managing mobile service or equipment projects.
  • Strong command of business and project management tools.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage teams effectively.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Water Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset.

Working Conditions

  • Based in Etobicoke, ON.
  • Frequent travel across Canada (occasional travel to the USA and France).
  • Work is split between office settings and industrial sites.
