As an Intern in the Capital Markets Business Strategy group at National Bank, your role will be to provide essential support to the Campus Recruitment team in the organization, planning and management of the recruitment process. You will also help to optimize the efficiency of workflows and ensure that processes run smoothly.
Your Job
- Providing support to the team such as initial screening of resumes, organizing interviews and drafting of employment letters
- Maintain candidate information up to date in talent management tools (database)
- Support the organization of Capital Markets' sponsored recruitment events at our offices or onsite campuses
- Support the coordinators in organizing travel arrangements and managing the promotional items inventory
Your team
This position reports to the Director, Recruitment and University Relations in Capital Markets.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in humans resources or industrial relations ongoing
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to adapt quickly and client-focused
- Analytical skills and agility
The internship is for Winter 2026 period: January to April.
