Job Title:
Administrative Assistant III 

Location:
Thorold ON (5 days onsite in office)

Duration:
12 Months contract with possible extensions

Pay Range: $23/hr - $25/hr on T4
Responsibility:

• Schedule, track and coordinate all mandatory EH&S compliance programs and Technical Trainings.
• Responsible for processing weekly payroll file, adjusting time in
  Workday
  as required.
• Provide daily support for
  Workday
  , IT requests, and office supplies.
• Prepare managerial reporting for employee training including Learning Management System and Computer Based Training.
• Ownership of; email distribution lists, emergency contact listing, communication channels (lobby TV, SharePoint, and business unit file sharing drives).
