We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Team Lead, IT Operations and Cybersecurity.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, IT Operations and Cybersecurity to a manage, IT Operations and Cybersecurity to join our Technology team. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the team in charge of IT operations and cybersecurity.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a 3-person IT operations team (infrastructure, networking, workplace tech).
  • Manage external IT and cybersecurity partners.
  • Build and execute IT roadmap (infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevOps automation).
  • Oversee IT budget, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity).
  • Manage IT assets, Microsoft 365 tools, and employee endpoints.
  • Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, Azure DevOps).
  • Supervise IT helpdesk for employee support.
  • Strengthen and monitor cybersecurity posture aligned with global frameworks.
  • Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits.
  • Manage IT governance: access, policies, compliance, and security awareness.
  • Conduct regular control assessments and risk evaluations.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Considered an asset: Certifications CISSP, CISM, CISA, Azure, Microsoft 365).
  • Inspirational and compassionate leadership, along with strong skills in managing external partners.
  • Proven ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong change management sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, and DevOps management, ideally within the financial or investment sector.
  • In-depth mastery of the Microsoft ecosystem for infrastructure administration and cybersecurity (Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of international standards for establishing, maintaining, and improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
