Entry-level Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about marketing, communications, and campaign coordination, and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will work closely with the marketing, brand, and client-facing teams to help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with managing campaign schedules, timelines, and internal communications
- Help prepare marketing materials and content for digital, social, and offline channels
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, and external partners to support smooth execution
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis
- Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
- Maintain marketing databases, trackers, and campaign documentation
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and campaign management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of marketing platforms or tools is desirable but not essential
- No previous experience required, full training provided
